Tue, April 25, 2006 - 9:12 PMyay pictures ! =) i'm so loving the one of the cook. after you left the kitchen, he explained what that mass of stuff that looked like chicken stock to me actually was...turns out it's this crazy thing they do.. soak a kasava ? casava? yes the gourd, in water for a week or so.. carve it all out, and like boil it down and stuff like that.. pretty intense process. and it's a very high carb high energy food afteerwards, and you just eat it plain and you can also like add parts of it to rice and other stuff.
